Sunny and mild weather will conintue on Friday before rain develops this weekend. The rain is surging north with Hurricane Isaias, though tropical conditions are not expected to reach Maryland.

Sunshine continues Friday
Friday will start out sunny, before a few clouds arrive later in the day.
Temperatures will be very pleasant on Friday with highs in the mid-70s.
Rain arrives this weekend
As you make plans this weekend, Saturday is the better day to be outside. Rain will arrive after midnight on Sunday morning, and turn heavy at times on Sunday. Gusts to 30 mph are possible, as well.
