Case Keenum was the star of the game as the Chicago Bears downed the Philadelphia Eagles, 27-7, behind their third-string quarterback.
He wasn’t done.
Afterward, Keenum and his daughter were interviewed by ESPN’s Scott Van Pelt. It will be tough to top this for the best moments of the NFL season.
Van Pelt was at his finest, incorporating what it was like for the 38-year-old Keenum to perform at this level in front of his family, something few athletes get to do.
Keenum was right there on cue, talking about what family being there and the moment with his daughter meant.
It didn’t take long for social media to get on the wonderful train to praise this interview:

This was a game and moment Keenum will cherish for the rest of his life. Pretty great stuff for a quarterback who had not played in an NFL game since Dec. 24, 2023, before leading Chicago to victory over Philly.
