dpValtteri Bottas invited YouTubers ‘Average Rob’ to share his Finnish culture with them and give a home tour that revealed hidden F1 gems.
A year ago, Bottas visited Belgium when YouTubers Average Rob – two brothers – took him around their home country, sharing insights and eating some local delicacies. After success with the previous video, they have collaborated once again.
This time, the two brothers traveled to Finland for Bottas to give them a tour of his country and culture. In doing so, the Finn showed them his home in Finland. The first thing they witnessed was a real F1 car parked inside his home.

It was the 2014 Williams F1 car – the FW36 Chassis 03 — that the team gifted him. He scored his first podium driving the car in the 2014 Austrian GP, when he finished third behind Mercedes’ Nico Rosberg & Lewis Hamilton, after starting on the front row.
Casually in the conversation, Bottas revealed that it was the first time he had shown the F1 car parked at his place on a public platform. The room had all the trophies and laurels he won throughout his career, from karting all the way to F1.
It also had some mementoes that he exchanged with fellow racers over the years. When asked about his favorite trophy, he pointed at the plated trophy. Naturally. It was the 2019 Australian GP-winning trophy, considering he is an honorary Australian now.
Among the helmets, he showed the one exchanged with his former teammate Hamilton, who wrote a nice message on the visor. “Valtteri, I am going to miss you in the shower,” they joked. The actual message was: “My friend Valtteri, the greatest teammate ever.”
Bottas and Nude
The rest of the video took them to non-F1 topics, starting with the garden tour. ‘Bibi’ then collected wood for the sauna and learned a bit of Finnish while drinking Finnish drinks and tasting some food items. They went for a cycle ride to taste ‘Bottas Burger’.
They tried the Finnish sauna and ended the video with a cold bath in the lake nearby – all three fully nude, as has been the Bottas style for some years now.
