12:08 p.m. A severe thunderstorm warning has been issued for Fond du Lac and Sheboygan counties.
12 p.m. The tornado warnings have all expired.
11:53 a.m. A flash flood warning has been issued for Racine and Kenosha counties until 3 p.m.
11:49 a.m. There are 2,879 power outages in Waukesha County.

11:19 a.m. A tornado warning has been issued for Kenosha, Racine and Walworth counties until 12 p.m.

Monday is an Impact Day in southeastern Wisconsin, with dangerous heat and the threat of strong storms.
A Heat Advisory is in effect from 10 a.m. until 9 p.m. Heat index values could briefly reach the triple digits during the afternoon.
Storms are expected to move into southeastern Wisconsin between 11 a.m. and noon. Damaging wind gusts are the main concern, but large hail and an isolated tornado are also possible.
Heavy rainfall could lead to isolated flash flooding. Additional scattered storms will remain possible through around sunset.
Humidity will drop Tuesday after the front moves through, bringing a couple of quieter and more comfortable days with highs in the low to mid-80s.
Another chance for rain returns on Friday.
