dpThe second week of the NFL preseason begins with two Thursday night games.
Tonight’s first matchup is a battle between the Las Vegas Raiders and Houston Texans. Last week marked the preseason debut of No. 1 overall pick Fernando Mendoza, with the former Indiana quarterback completing 10 out of 16 passes and throwing a touchdown in Las Vegas’ 27-14 loss to the Arizona Cardinals.
Rookie running back Mike Washington Jr. also had a strong showing, rushing for 63 yards on only six carries.
The second Thursday night game features the San Francisco 49ers traveling to Inglewood to take on the Los Angeles Chargers. The Bolts are coming off a 27-7 win over the Texans, while the 49ers lost their first preseason game to the Tennessee Titans.

Is Thursday Night Football On Prime Video Tonight (August 20)?
Nope. The first and only NFL preseason game on Prime Video takes place next week (Thursday, August 27) when the Cleveland Browns host the New England Patriots at 8:00 p.m. ET.
The first regular-season TNF football game on Amazon is scheduled for Week 2 (September 17) when the Buffalo Bills host the Detroit Lions.
