The story of former Georgia defensive lineman Xzavier McLeod took another twist; he was arrested Wednesday on a misdemeanor charge of criminal trespassing—damage to property, according to the Athens-Clarke County Jail log.
McLeod was booked at 3:57 p.m. Wednesday, and released on $9 bond at 2:35 p.m. on Thursday. He was arrested by the Clarke County Sheriff’s Office.
This week, McLeod said he was stepping away from football after spending the previous two seasons at Georgia.
