Maya Jama returned as host of Love Island UK Season 13 with a whole new group of single Islanders on a journey to find love.
This season of the ITV2 dating series changed things up, with the Islanders arriving at the Mallorca villa at night, where they would couple up, dump, recouple, and find love.

The cast of the summer series is made up of Aidan Murphy (23, Kent), Angelista (24, Staffordshire), Ellie Chadwick (24, West Lothian), Jasmine Müller (27, Dubai), Lola Deal (28, Kent), Lorenzo Alessi (28, Hertfordshire), Mica Harris (21, London), Ope Sowande (27, Lincolnshire), Robyn Langton (21, Liverpool), Samraj Toor (25, Birmingham), Sean Fitzgerald (25, Galway), and Sam Workman (25, Dudley).
Maya walked into the villa to meet the new Islanders, and after quizzing them, it was time to couple up. For this series, the coupling would be decided by deliberation among the Islanders.

The first couple formed was Mica and Samraj. After further deliberation, the remaining couples were confirmed: Jasmine and Lorenzo; Ellie and Aidan; Angelista and Ope; Lola and Sean; and Robyn and Sam.
However, as the Islanders began to get to know their couples, two new bombshells entered the villa, sending shockwaves. Maya met the two new Islanders outside of the villa and told them that in 24 hours, they would make a decision that would rock the villa. The two new bombshells would dump one guy and one girl for any reason whatsoever.
The two new bombshells who would shake things up were George, a 28-year-old professional footballer from Winchester, and Yasmin, a 23-year-old recruitment consultant from Broadstairs, Kent.
