dpCHICAGO – The Carolina Hurricanes are expected to stick to a formula that has earned them wins in their last three outings when they go face-to-face with the Chicago Blackhawks on Saturday.
With 13 goals in their last three games, Logan Stankoven will look to ride the momentum from his first career hat trick on Thursday against Vancouver. Andrei Svechnikov (2G) and Sean Walker (4A) wouldn’t mind repeat performances either.
Sebastian Aho will try to extend his point streak to five games, and the power play will eye a fifth consecutive showing with at least one goal.
Behind the cast of skaters, if the rotation in net continues, Brandon Bussi would be expected to make his fourth start of the young season. A winner in his last outing, he made 16 saves against Montreal on Tuesday.
Find out if he gets the net and can backstop his club to another victory tonight at 7 p.m. on Hurricanes Hockey Network.

PP1: Aho, Blake, Ehlers (Staal), and Svechnikov with Gostisbehere
PP2: Ehlers, Hall, Jankowski (Staal), and Stankoven with Miller
Jordan Staal has been taking the faceoffs to start most power plays. If he wins it, he’ll stay on the ice. When the puck comes out of the zone, he jumps off, and Nikolaj Ehlers jumps on with the first unit. When with the second unit, Mark Jankowski jumps on when Staal goes off.
