It took the Cyclones just four plays to score their first touchdown of the game. Jaylen Raynor picked up 35 yards on a quarterback keeper, than completed an 11-yard pass to Ty Claiborne. And on the next play, Raynor found Jamal Polite Jr. on a 34-yard pass play for the Cyclones first touchdown.

The pieced together a few chunk plays — a 12-yard run from Aiden Flora, a 12-yard pass from Jaylen Raynor to Cameron Pettaway — but then forward progress stalled at Bowling Green’s 36-yard-line. Kyle Konrardy attempted a 54-yard field goal, but the attempt went wide right.
